The article states that previous assessments downplayed the possibility of directed-energy weapons or foreign adversary involvement, despite hundreds of diplomats, intelligence personnel, law enforcement officers, and others reporting AHI-related experiences since 2016. The report also highlights growing criticism from congressional leaders who argue that earlier assessments harmed victims and failed to meet analytic integrity standards.

This Breitbart article reports that Decarlos Brown Jr., the man accused of fatally stabbing Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a Charlotte light rail train, shouted during a federal court hearing about wanting to press charges against the FBI and made remarks about having “material in his body.” The article states that Brown had been ruled incompetent to stand trial and was ordered to receive medication and treatment for up to four months in an effort to restore competency. This Nature 2024 study reports the creation of a computational model of the adult Drosophila melanogaster brain using its connectome, which contains more than 125,000 neurons and 50 million synaptic connections. The model used neural connectivity and neurotransmitter identity to predict how sensory inputs move through brain circuits and produce motor outputs. Researchers tested feeding and grooming circuits, including sugar-sensing, water-sensing, bitter, Ir94e, and mechanosensory pathways. The study states that computational activation of specific sensory neurons predicted downstream neural firing and behavioral responses, including proboscis extension and antennal grooming, with many predictions validated through optogenetic activation, silencing experiments, calcium imaging, and behavioral testing. The paper demonstrates that brain circuits can be modeled from synapse-level connectivity to describe sensorimotor transformations from sensory input to motor output.

This document reports that Raytheon delivered a short-range millimeter wave directed-energy non-lethal weapon to the Department of Defense’s Full Spectrum Effects Platform program, also known as Project Sheriff. The release states that the system was developed for military use in complex urban environments and describes a millimeter wave energy beam intended to stop, delay, deter, and turn back an adversary. It also references “speed of light weapons,” active operations testing, and integration into a Stryker combat vehicle. This document provides public record evidence that directed-energy systems were being developed, delivered, and tested for operational use nearly two decades ago.

Journalist and author Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez, who has investigated Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico. The article states that Valdes-Rodriguez said she was leaving the United States after experiencing what she described as alleged directed-energy weapon attacks at her home. She claimed the incidents were connected to her reporting on Epstein’s New Mexico ranch and described the experiences as similar to Havana Syndrome. The article discusses her statements about alleged attacks, her decision to leave her home, and her claims involving directed-energy exposure, private military contractors, and technology capable of targeting specific areas of the body.

This 1967 FBI file labeled MEX 105-5844 includes a memorandum dated January 30, 1967, sent from the FBI Legal Attaché in Mexico City to FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. The file attaches a three-page letter/telegram from W. R. Hanawalt of Harlingen, Texas, originally sent on December 20, 1966 to the Federal Security Police in Mexico City. The document includes claims involving a “laser ray or cobalt ray,” nervous system manipulation, sensory control, thought monitoring, machine and vehicle manipulation, staged accidents, business infiltration, satellite-based systems, and “visions of flying objects.” The file also references Hanawalt’s claim that he saw unidentified flying objects during combat missions in 1945. The FBI memorandum notes that no additional information was located on Hanawalt in the Mexico City office files.
